Here at The London Steam, we understand some things do not go as planned, therefore we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you did not like your service, we will come back and clean it again, free of charge at a times that works best for you.

Can I be in my house when the cleaning is being done?
As all of our state-of-the-art equipment is truck mounted, there will only be some hoses and technicians in and around the unit. You are not required to leave while the work is being done, but are able to do so if you needed. The London Steam will accommodate your needs.

What if something is broken during clean?
In the vary unlikely event that something gets broken, we at The London Steam are Bonded & Insured, so there is no need to worry about your personal belongings.
